Pada hari rabu 7 sept 2016 sekitar

Pada hari rabu 7 sept 2016 sekitar jam 18.00 WIB terjadi kebocoran di atap building Pacific Place yang mengakibatkan area restaurant PAUL Bakery kebanjiran didalam dan tutup untuk 2 jam operational dari jam 18.00 sampai 20.00.
Kebocoran tersebut sudah lama kami laporkan sebelumnya ke pihak gedung, dan waktu kejadian tersebut kami langsung melapor ke tenant relation building Pacific Place. Air tersebut keluar dari atap building yang berada di atas atap PAUL Bakery dan masuk kedalam area PAUL.

Tamu yang terganggu atas kejadian ini. Kami juga mendapatkan keluhan dari tamu atas tidak nyaman dengan kejadian ini dan banyak tamu yang meninggalkan Paul Bakery setelah mereka menyelesaikan pembayaran mereka.

Air tersebut turun dengan deras ke area glass house, jika tidak cepat kita tindak akan mengakibatkan lantai kita rusak dan bisa mengakibatkan korsleting pada lampu-lampu.




Atas kejadian ini kami kehilangan penjualan sebanyak Rp 20.000.000,- dalam 2 jam dan untuk display kita tersisa 16%


dengan kejadian ini saya minta di bantu kan oleh tenant relation dengan memakai vacuum air supaya cepat di bersihkan

On Wednesday 7th sept 2016 around 18.00 GMT leaks in the roof of building Pacific Place which resulted in PAUL Bakery restaurant area flooded in and close to 2 hours operational from 18.00 until 20.00. The leaks have long since we reported earlier to the party building, and the time of the incident we immediately report to tenant relation building Pacific Place. We also get complaints from guests over uncomfortable with this incident and many guests leave Paul Bakery after they complete their payments.The water went down rapidly to the glass house, if not quickly we follow will result in our floor is damaged and can result in a shorted on the lights.Over this incident we lost sales as much as Rp 20,000,000.0-in 2 hours and to display the remaining 16% of us with this occasion I asked for help by the tenant relation with vacuum water so fast in clean

The leak has been long we have previously reported to the building, and time we immediately reported the incident to the Pacific Place building tenant relations. The water out of the roof of building that is located on the roof PAUL Bakery and into the area PAUL.

a water leak resulted into the whole area of the glass house and many of
the guests disturbed over this incident. We also get complaints from guests on uncomfortable with this event and many guests were leaving Paul Bakery after they complete their payments.

The water pouring down to the area of glass house, if not sooner we follow will lead our floor was broken and could lead to a short circuit on lights.




Over this incident we lost sales of Rp 20,000,000, - in 2 hours and to display our remaining 16%
