“Lump Sum” adalah bentuk Perjanjian

“Lump Sum” adalah bentuk Perjanjian dimana EPC CONTRACTOR harus menyelesaikan kewajiban-kewajibannya sesuai dengan Perjanjian dalam batas waktu dan harga yang tetap dengan spesifikasi sebagaima tertuang ditetapkan dalam Dokumen Kerangka Acuan Kerja.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

"Lump Sum" is a form of Agreement which the EPC CONTRACTOR must complete the associated obligations in accordance with the Agreement within the time limit and the price is fixed with sebagaima decanted specifications set out in the terms of reference of the Working Document.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

"Lump Sum" is a form of agreement which the EPC CONTRACTOR must complete its obligations under the Agreement within the time limit and the price fixed by the specifications set forth in the Document As its Terms of Reference.
