Untuk memastikan adanya kesesuaian, kecukupan dan keefektifan sistem manajemen mutu yang diterapkan, Direktur sebagai Pucuk Pimpinan PT.ARMADA GEMA NUSANTARA melakukan peninjauan sistem manajemen mutu dan smk3l perusahaan melalui Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen yang dilakukan secara periodik yaitu sekurang-kurangnya 1 (satu) sekali dalam setahun dan dilakukan setelah pelaksanaan internal Audit atau sebelum Badan Sertifikasi datang serta dapat dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan dan permintaan Direktur.
