Nikita Willy lahir di Jakarta, 29 Juni 1994. Ia lahir di Jakarta dengan nama Nikita Purnama Willy dan sekarang namanya akrab dipanggil menjadi Nikita Willy.

Nikita Willy lahir di Jakarta, namun ia memiliki darah keturunan minang. Nikita Willy merupakan anak pertama dari 2 bersaudara. Adiknya yang bernama Winona. Nikita Willy dan adiknya lahir dari sepasang orang tua yang bernama Henry Willy dan Yora Febrine.

Nikita Willy pernah berpacaran dengan anak pengacara terkenal Bhara Tampubonon, namun pada akhirnta mereka berdua putus. Nikita Willy pernah menjadi kekasih dari seorang pesepakbola di Indonesia yaitu Diego Michels, sama halnya dengan peristiwa sebelumnya Nikita Willy dengan Diego Michels pada akhirnya mereka berdua putus. Setelah putus dari Diego Michels, sekarang dia melanjutkan hubungannya dengan orang biasa bernama Sofyan Setiadi . Hubungan Mereka pun masih langgeng sampai saat ini.

Karier
Nikita memulai kariernya di dunia hiburan Indonesia sejak usia 6 tahun, melalui sinetron Bulan Bintang dan debut aktingnya dimulai ketika ia didapuk bermain dalam serial 'Ratu Malu dan Jenderal Kancil'. Ia mulai dikenal publik Indonesia, ketika berperan dalam sinetron Roman Picisan bersama Evan Sanders. Ini terlihat dari keputusan Nikita untuk mundur dari SMAN 3 Jakarta pada awal 2012, dan memilih untuk bergabung di home schooling milik Ketua Dewan Pembina Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Anak (Komnas PA), Seto Mulyadi atau Kak Seto. Semua ini dikarenakan jadwal Niki yang padat dan susah untuk mengatur antara waktu sekolah serta syuting.

Nikita tidak berhenti mencoba menggali potensi dirinya hanya pada dunia akting yaitu Nikita Willy juga mempunyai kelebihan dalam bidang tarik suara. Tercacat sudah ada berapa single lagu yang sudah sukses diterbitkan oleh Nikita Willy. Awal tahun 2010, Nikita merilis single religi berjudul "Keyakinan Hati". Di tahun yang sama, aktris yang memiliki hobi shopping dan travelling ini kembali mencoba peruntungannya dengan merilis single kedua yaitu "Kutetap Menanti". Nikita yang tidak ingin cepat berpuas hati merilis single ketiganya yang berjudul "Lebih Dari Indah" di tahun 2011. Dua single ini digunakan dalam sinetron yang dibintangi Nikita, "Putri yang Ditukar".
