ABSTRACTCUSTOMER BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS OF INTEREST AND ATTITUDE OF STAFF AT PD. BPR BKK WARUNGASEM BATANG REGENCYThe purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of consumer behavior on interest and attitude of the officers who reviewed from the viewpoint of characteristics of respondents. To analyze the strength of the relationship of the factor of interest and attitude of officers towards the characteristics of respondents. In this study data used is the primary data of sampling from a population which is the object of this research using a Proportional Random Sampling techniques, namely sampling in which the population is divided according to certain proportions and chosen randomly. To take a sample done by administering questionnaires to randomly to every customer who comes to the PD BPR BKK Warungasem.From the results of the analysis that has been done based on Customer Behavior Characteristics, Characteristics and calculation of savings products of Chi-Square is evident, that there is a significant relationship between the behavior of the customer about the interest savings and service as well as a response officer with the type of work and the level of income of the respondent. Service and response officers is the dominant consideration of factors in choosing savings products on BPR BKK Warungasem. It is shown with answers about the service and response officers, 78% said good, and X 2 the higher count. Key words: Proportional Random Sampling, customer interest, Chi – Square, BPR BKK
