Jumlah penerima manfaat langsung (direct beneficiaries) dari proyek ini adalah 9.000 siswa dari Sekolah Dasar dan Sekolah Menengah yang berada di 8 Kabupaten di Bali dan 1.000 anggota masyarakat di pedesaan di pelosok Bali. 50 Tuna rungu juga merupakan kelompok sasaran yang akan menerima manfaat dari program ini melalui pemberian bantuan alat bantu dengar dan bimbingan selama penggunaan alat bantu dengar.
