b. Departemen atau auditee melaporkan perkembangan tindakan perbaikan kepada auditor. Apabila perbaikan telah selesai dilaksanakan, auditor akan melakukan verifikasi dan apabila benar telah selesai akan dinyatakan CLOSED oleh Auditor.
