While other studies conducted by Nugraheni, et al (2016) which aims to see the quality of pharmacy services at health centers in patients BPJS. The results showed that the outline of the patients were dissatisfied. Some things need to be improved performance is mostly concerned about the increase in drug counseling service such as confirmation of the patient's understanding of the information presented, advice on food / drinks should be avoided, as well as the quality of the drug delivery temppat. With the patient's expectations of the quality of pharmaceutical services BPJS relatively high, pharmacists are supposed to conduct the evaluation and continuous improvement. BPJS education of patients regarding pharmaceutical services are also needed so that patients do realize the importance of quality pharmaceutical services.
