Seharusnya pemerintah membuat Undang-Undang atau kebijakan khusus yang secara tegas dan jelas membahas imigran gelap, termasuk ketentuan-ketentuan yang mengatur tentang kegiatan tersebut sebagai suatu tindak pidana, guna memperkuat posisi Pemerintah Indonesia dalam usaha menghadapi masalah penyelundupan manusia, dan institusi penegak hukum dapat menindak secara tegas para imigran gelap sehingga dapat menimbulkan efek jera bagi para pelakunya. Serta tidak meremehkan keramahan orang indonesia yang sudah lama dikenal sebagai negara dengan budaya yang ramah.

Should the Government make laws or policies which expressly and clearly discusses the illegal immigrants, including provisions regulating the activities of a criminal offence, in order to strengthen the position of the Government of Indonesia in its efforts to face the problem of the smuggling of human beings, and law enforcement institutions are able to unequivocally crack down on the illegal immigrants so as to pose a deterrent effect for the perpetrators. And don't underestimate the hospitality of Indonesians who have long known as a country with a culture that is friendly.
