Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.24 tah

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.24 tahun 2011 tentang Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) yang memberikan perlindungan bagi tenaga kerja apabila terjadi resiko sosial seperti Kecelakaan Kerja, Kematian dan Hari Tua, maka terkait dengan hal tersebut pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan meminta setiap pekerja wajib melaporkan upah tenaga kerjanya minimal Upah Minimum Provinsi.

Based on the law No. 24 of 2011 on social security governing body (BPJS) which provide protection for the workforce in the event of social risks such as Accidents, death and old age, then the associated with it the BPJS Employment asked each worker is obliged to report the wages of the workforce for at least the Minimum wage of the province.Please see the attachment.Thank you very much for your attention and cooperation.
