Ha3 Pengaruh Persepsi Profesi Guru terhadap Eksplorasi Karir
Hipotesis yang ketiga pada penelitian ini adalah persepsi profesi guru terhadap eksplorasi karir. Variabel persepsi profesi guru diukur dengan menggunakan 3 indikator, diantaranya yaitu: (1) penyerapan terhadap rangsang atau objek dari luar individu, (2) pengertian atau pemahaman, dan (3) penilaian atau evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan, nilai CR adalah sebesar 1,212 dengan nilai P 0,225. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa persepsi profesi guru secara langsung tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap eksplorasi karir. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha3 yang menyatakan persepsi profesi guru berpengaruh terhadap eksplorasi karir ditolak.
Ditolaknya hipotesis ketiga ini didukung oleh pendapat Hamalik (2004:1-2) yang mengungkapkan: “profesi itu pada hakikatnya adalah suatu pernyataan atau suatu janji terbuka, bahwa seseorang akan mengabdikan dirinya kepada suatu jabatan atau pekerjaan dalam arti biasa, karena orang tersebut merasa terpanggil untuk menjabat pekerjaan itu”. Persepsi mengenai profesi guru dapat membuat seseorang akan mengabdikan dirinya kepada jabatan atau pekerjaan guru karena berbagai faktor dorongan baik yang berasal dari dalam dirinya sendiri maupun yang berasal dari luar. Melalui persepsi profesi guru ini seseorang akan terus – menerus mengadakan hubungan dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Dalam penafsirannya terhadap profesi guru, profesi guru itu selalui ditandai dengan adanya suatu keahlian yang khusus pada profesi guru tersebut. Keahlian itu diperoleh dengan mempelajarinya secara khusus, dan profesi itu bukan diwarisi.
Faktanya, dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap 20 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak dan insidental menunjukkan hasil menurut para mahasiswa dengan memilih jurusan pendidikan nantinya ketika kerja mereka bisa bebas memilih untuk menjadi pendidik atau non pendidik dan sebaliknya jika mereka kuliah di jurusan non kependidikan mereka tidak bisa menjadi seorang pendidik. Selain itu juga, sebagaian besar dari mereka memilih jurusan kependidikan bukan karena keinginan sendiri namun karena keinginan orang tua. Sehingga, persepsi mereka tentang profesi guru belum tampak sepenuhnya. Walaupun mereka berasal dari jurusan pendidikan yang notabenenya akan menjadi seorang pendidik namun ternyata, setelah lulus kuliah mereka lebih cenderung memilih untuk menjadi pegawai BUMN, karyawan perusahaan swasta, pengusaha, potografer maupun wartawan.
Ha4 Pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Minat Menjadi Guru Akuntansi
Hipotesis yang keempat pada penelitian ini adalah motivasi berprestasi terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, nilai CR pada hipotesis ini adalah sebesar 2,856 dengan nilai P 0,004. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha4 yang menyatakan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi guru akuntansi diterima.
Diterimanya hipotesis keempat ini di dukung oleh pendapat Syah (2005:151) bahwa minat yang dimiliki seseorang akan memberikan stimulus untuk lebih giat belajar dalam mencapai prestasi yang diinginkan, karena pada dasarnya minat merupakan kecenderungan dan kegairahan yang tinggi atau keinginan yang besar terhadap sesuatu. Lebih lanjut lagi, jika seorang mahasiswa memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk menjadi guru, maka dia akan lebih tekun dalam belajar, sehingga secara tidak sadar akan meningkatkan motivasi untuk berprestasi yang baik pada mahasiswa yang bersangkutan.

Through the perception of the teaching profession this person will continue to be – continuously held relations with the surrounding environment. In its interpretation toward the teaching profession, the teaching profession that was characterized by the presence of a special expertise in the teaching profession. The expertise it gained by studying it in particular, and the profession it is not inherited.In fact, the results of interviews conducted against 20 students chosen at random and incidental results according to the students by selecting the education work later on when they can freely choose to become educators or non educator and conversely if they study in a non educational majors they can not become an educator. In addition, most of them chose the Department of education is not because the desire itself but because of the wishes of the parents. So, their perception of the teaching profession has not looked fully. Ha4 Influence the motivation of Overachievers against Interest became a teacher of accountingThe fourth hypothesis in this study was the motivation of overachievers against interest accounting to become a teacher. Based on the results of the data processing, the value of the CR on this hypothesis is of P-value 0.004 2.856. The results showed that the motivation of overachievers directly positive effect against interest accounting to become a teacher. Then it can be inferred that the stated motivation Ha4 overachievers influence on interest in becoming a teacher of accounting accepted. He received fourth hypothesis is supported by the opinion of the Shah (2005:151) that the interest owned by the person will give stimulus to learning more enterprising in reaching the desired achievement, because it basically is the interest and excitement of high inclination or desire for something. Further, if a student has a high interest to be a teacher, then he will be more diligent in learning, so unconsciously will increase motivation to Excel both in the student in question.

HA3 Influence Perception of the Teacher Professional Career Exploration

The results showed that achievement motivation is directly positive effect on interest in becoming a teacher of accounting. It can be concluded that Ha4 stating achievement motivation affect the interest into accounting teacher accepted. The acceptance of the fourth hypothesis is supported by the opinions Shah (2005: 151) that the interests of a person would give stimulus to study harder in achieving the desired, because basically interest is the tendency and the excitement of a high or a great desire for something. Furthermore, if a student has a keen interest to become a teacher, then he will be more diligent in learning, and did not realize would increase the motivation to perform well on the students.
