Ada 4 tahapan
1. Mengidentifikasi masalah
Apa yang menyebabkan nya bisa terjadi atau mengapa bisa terjadi
2. Merencanakan penyelesaian masalah
Setelah mengetahui penyebabnya kita rencanakan penyelesaian usahakan pilih lebih dari 2 rencana
