AirAsia Batal Terbang, Penumpang Mengaku Tak Ada Kompensasi

JAKARTA - Penumpang pesawat AirAsia QZ-7534, rute Jakarta-Bali, mengaku tidak mendapatkan kompensasi usai pembatalan penerbangan sepihak oleh manajemen maskapai. Rencananya, pesawat tersebut dijadwalkan take off, sekira pukul 21.40 WIB, namun, manajemen mengumumkan delay hingga pukul 23.00 WIB dan akhirnya dibatalkan untuk terbang pada pukul 00.30 WIB.

"Saya terus terang kecewa, tidak jelas solusinya, kompensasi pun tidak ada," ujar salah satu penumpang, Budi Nur Mukmin saat dikonfirmasi Okezone, Sabtu (12/12/2015). Budi memastikan, suasana sempat kacau balau lantaran penumpang menolak saat manajemen meminta mereka untuk ke hotel. Bahkan, sebagian diantaranya ada yang meluapkan amarahnya dengan membentak petugas. "Suasana kacau balau, penumpang marah.
