Menunjuk konfirmasi dari Divisi Keuangan kami perihal pembayaran premi Bank Indonesia dapat disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan ketentuan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan Kementerian Keuangan apabila pembayaran premi ditujukan ke Rekening di Luar Negeri tanpa dilengkapi dokumen Pajak (DGT 1 page 1 dan 2) terlampir, maka akan dikenakan Pajak 2% dari Gross Premi.
Mohon konfirmasi apakah pihak NDI tidak masalah dengan penerapan pajak 2% dari gross premi atau pihak NDI dapat mengisi form DGT tersebut dengan lengkap dan benar dan mengirimkan dokumen tersebut secara fisik ke Indonesia untuk menghindari beban pajak tersebut
