Manajemen perusahaan akan melakukan pengontrolan dan evaluasi terhadap ruang lingkup penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dengan melaksanakan, hal-hal sbb:

1.4.1. Pengontrolan penerapan sistem secara internal dengan melakukan Internal Audit secara periodik.
1.4.2. Pengontrolan penggunaan sub kontraktor dan supplier atau vendor dengan melakukan seleksi, evaluasi dan audit vendor atau sub kontraktor.
