Berdasarkan masukan di atas, sesuai dengan ruang lingkup kontrak, Departemen Operasi akan memastikan kapal yang akan diserahkan dalam keadaan siap pakai. Pemastian ini menyangkut antara lain dapat berupa dokumen dan perizinan kapal, awak kapal, peralatan keselamatan dan kondisi fisik kapal. Apabila semua persyaratan sudah lengkap, kapal dapat diserahkan ke pelanggan untuk dioperasikan.

This concerns inter alia their determination may include documents and licensing ships, crew, safety equipment and the physical condition of the ship. If all requirements are complete, the ship can be handed over to the customer to operate.
