Sebagai info mengenai kalibrasi alat PHE-5 kami lampirkan diatas yang merupakan terusan info dari dokter Herianto.
Setelah ditelusuri alat yang berada di klinik PHE5 sebagaian besar milik Pertamina dan hanya 3 item alat kepunyaan GAH yang merupakan barang baru dan belum dikalibrasikan, mungkin yang pak Jo temukan alat berstiker kalibrasi yang merupakan alat pertamina dan mereka sendiri yang melakukan kalibrasi karena dari data/ dokumen saya tidak terdapat sertifikat kalibrasi alat-alat sesuai dengan yang tertulis.
Sebagai rencana pengkalibrasian alat saya infokan dibawah yang merupakan email dari jasa kalibrasi kami.
