Principal Recipient (PR) perlu menyajikan laporan keuangan yang akurat, cepat dan transparan kepada donor maupun pemerintah. Laporan keuangan berkala merupakan salah satu alat bantu yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan program dan pengambilan keputusan. Luasnya cakupan dana bantuan yang disalurkan melalui Sub Recipient (SR) di provinsi maupun berbagai NGO menjadi pertimbangan perlunya peningkatan instrumen dalam menerima dan menyusun laporan keuangan. Peningkatan instrumen ini akan berbasis internet untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat pengiriman laporan keuangan yang akurat dan transparan, dapat dimutakhirkan setiap saat dan menyajikan data terkini tentang keuangan program.
