2.1. Latar Belakang
Dengan semakin berkembangnya dan semakin tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan perlengkapan perangkat keras alat-alat komputer (hardware) dan perangkat lunak komputer (software), maka kami berinisiatif untuk membuka suatu usaha yang up to date dan mengerti akan kebutuhan masyarakat untuk memenuhi perlengkapan perangkat keras alat-alat komputer (hardware) dan perangkat lunak komputer (software) tersebut. Perusahaan Bisnis De’Chall Computer ini berdiri atas kerja sama serta keinginan kami yang memiliki hobi dan kegemaran serta pemahaman dalam bidang komputer, karena seiring perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat sehingga membutuhkan perlengkapan alat-alat komputer serta perangkat lunaknya yang tentunya kami jual secara resmi guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan perlengkapan komputer tersebut. De’Chall Computer didirikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam bidang perlengkapan perangkat keras alat-alat teknologi IT yang tentunya kami jual dengan garansi resmi serta legal secara hukum.
2.2. Visi dan Misi
Visi : Mitra dan solusi bagi masyarakat dengan memberikan pelayanan atas kebutuhan dalam hal perlengkapan perangkat keras alat-alat komputer (hardware) serta perangkat lunaknya (software). Misi : Memberikan dan menerapkan pelayanan yang baik dan berkualitas demi kepuasaan pelanggan. Motto : ” De’Chall Computer : Everything Official Warranty”

Lokasi yang dipilih merupakan tempat yang strategis di Ruko-ruko perumahan Komp. Daan Mogot karena berada tidak jauh dari Mall Daan Mogot, lokasi mudah terlihat dan berada di jalan utama yang merupakan jalan lalu lalang masyarakat sekitar sehingga dapat dengan mudah dicari dan didatangi.
2.4. Ruangan / Tempat yang dibutuhkan
Ruangan / Tempat yang dibutuhkan pada awal membuka usaha ini tidak terlalu luas dan juga tidak terlalu sempit, yakni 1 ruangan ukuran 15m x 8m.

Waktu untuk melakukan pelayanan usaha ini dibuka dari pukul 09.00 pagi sampai dengan pukul 17.00 sore.

Membuat sebuah display di pintu gerbang perumahan dan mengandalkan informasi dari pelanggan ke pelanggan serta menyediakan brosur promosi. Selain itu, kami juga membuat advertisement secara on-line di internet agar bisa dijangkau masyarakat luas dengan cara melakukan transaksi atau pun bisnis on-line. Dengan cara ini kami optimis De’Chall Computer akan lebih mudah dan cepat dikenal oleh masyarakat.

Target pelanggan De’Chall Computer adalah : seluruh kalangan masyarakat yang membutuhkan perangkat keras komputer dan perangkat lunak, serta kawasan perkantoran guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dari sistem komputerisasi masing-masing, dan mengembangkan dan memperbaiki serta meningkatkan sistem komputernya.
