Memulai inisiatif Recycled Paper, dimana Danamon Peduli mengumpulkan sampah kertas dari operasional Danamon yang kemudian di olah menjadi kertas daur ulang oleh nasabah SME Banking Danamon. Kertas daur ulang ini kemudian dijadikan bahan dasar materi komunikasi korporasi Danamon.

Divisi Procurement memasang target pengurangan komsumsi kertas sebesar 30%.

Kartu ucapan (hari libur keagamaan) dan laporan tahunan versi cetak akan
digantikan dengan e-media. Kami mengurangi penyetakan Laporan Tahunan pada tahun 2014.

Menjelang akhir tahun 2014, Danamon emluncurkan Mobile Banking Application yang memungkinkan nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi keuangan melalui smartphone, sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kertas yang pada umumnya digunakan untuk transaksi dalam cabang maupun ATM (receipt).
