Masa pemeliharaan atas hasil pelaksanaan Pekerjaan adalah 365 (tiga ratus enam puluh lima) hari kalender yang berlaku satu hari setelah tanggal diterbitkannya Berita Acara Serah Terima Pertama;

Maintenance period on the results of implementation of the work is 365 (three hundred sixty-five) calendar days that applies one day after the date of issuance of the First Handover;
