Based on hypothesis testing fourth-note that there is an influence of teacher motivation on performance of teachers. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient value of partial (ry2) of thitung and 0.559 with 0.070 α < 0.05. The results of this research show that the better the motivation of teachers, the higher the performance of teachers. This fourth hypothesis testing of the mind that there is a leadership influence on performance of teachers. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient value of partial (Ry3-12) of 0.967 and thitung with α < 0.05 14.413. The results of this research show that the better leadership, the higher the performance of teachers.

Based on the fourth hypothesis testing is known that there is influence and motivate the teachers on teacher performance. This is evidenced by the partial correlation coefficient value (ry2-13) of 0.070 and 0.559 tcount with α <0.05. The results of this study prove that the better motivation of teachers, the higher the performance of teachers. From this test the fourth hypothesis is known that there is influence of leadership on teacher performance. This is evidenced by the partial correlation coefficient value (Ry3-12) of 0.967 and 14.413 tcount with α <0.05. The results of this study prove that the better the leadership, the higher the performance of teachers.
