a. Mengenakan denda keterlambatan sebesar 1‰ (satu perseribu) dari Harga Pekerjaan tanpa PPN untuk setiap hari kalender keterlambatan terhitung sejak 1 (satu) hari setelah terjadinya keterlambatan penyelesaian pelaksanaan Completion of Commissioning and Trial Operation;

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

a. Wearing a fine delay of 1 ‰ (one thousandths of an) of the price of a job without VAT for each calendar day of the delay calculated from 1 (one) days after the occurrence of the delay in the completion of the implementation Completion of Commissioning and Trial Operation;

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

a. Wearing a late fee of 1 ‰ (one thousandth) of the Public Price without VAT for each calendar day of delay as from 1 (one) day after the delay of the implementation of the Completion of Commissioning and Trial Operation;
