BAB 1 PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Latar Belakang Seiring dengan semakin padatnya populasi penduduk yang tidak diikuti peningkatan penghasilan perkapita menjadikan masyarakat memiliki beban berat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Dalam hal ini kebutuhan hidup manusia yaitu, meliputi pangan, sandang, dan papan serta kebutuhan akan pendidikan semakin meningkat pula terutama salah satunya di Indonesia, pemenuhan kebutuhan pendidikan baik formal maupun non – formal sangat dibutuhkan karena hal ini dapat memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap penduduk dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia).
3. Ada dua jenis pendidikan yang kita kenal di masyarakat kita, yaitu pendidikan formal dan pendidikan nonformal (seperti kursus atau bimbingan belajar) Pendidikan formal jelas tujuannya untuk memperoleh jenjang keberhasilan yaitu kelulusan. Disini kita akan mendapatkan titel seperti sarjana muda, sarjana, magister dan sebagainya. Dalam hal ini pendidikan luar sekolah memiliki peranan yang tidak kalah penting. Pendidikan ini berfungsi untuk membantu sang anak didik untuk memaksimalkan potensinya yang mungkin belum seluruhnya bisa diperoleh melalui jenjang pendidikan formal.
4. Baik tidaknya mutu dan kualitas jasa sebetulnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas yang diberikan kepada customer. Apabila fasilitas yang diberikan itu memadai maka bukan tidak mungkin jika usaha yang kita jalankan akan memenuhi baik mutu maupun kualitasnya. Adapun jenis fasilitas pokok yang seharusnya diberikan pada customer antara lain, yaitu pemberian materi dan teknik pengajaran yang lain daripada yang lain. Hal yang paling berperan dalam memenuhi kepuasan cutomernya adalah para staff pengajarnya. Sistem pengajaran yang memuaskan akan menjadi senjata ampuh dalam mengembangkan usaha tersebut.
5. Untuk itu lembaga kursus menjadi salah satu alternatif yang dipilih masyarakat untuk lebih menggali potensi yang dimiliki siswa didik, memperkaya ilmu dan memberikan pelajaran yang tidak sepenuhnya didapat anak didik dari sekolah. Mengenai permasalahan di atas, maka kami tertarik untuk melakukan studi kelayakan usaha dalam bidang jasa pendidikan. Kami berusaha memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk anak didik kami dengan biaya yang terjangkau untuk semua kalangan. Atau dengan kata lain, lembaga ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan setiap peserta didik tanpa menitik beratkan biaya yang menjadi beban para orangtua peserta didik.

The most influential in the satisfaction cutomernya is the teaching staff. A satisfactory system of teaching will be a potent weapon in developing such business.5. To that end the Institute course to be one of the chosen alternative society to further dig potential students educate, enrich and deliver science lessons that are not fully earned student of the school. Regarding the above issues, then we are interested in conducting a feasibility study in the field of education. We strive to provide the best service to our students with an affordable cost for all walks of life. Or in other words, the Agency is able to meet the educational needs of every learner without operates cost burden parents become learners.

Regarding the above problems, then we are interested to do a feasibility study in the field of education services. We try to provide the best service to our students at a cost that is affordable for all people. Or in other words, these institutions can meet the educational needs of each learner without emphasizing the cost to be borne by the parents of learners.
