CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background Along with the increasing density of population that is not followed by an increase in per capita income makes people have a heavy burden to meet their needs. In this case the needs of human life, namely, including food, clothing, and shelter as well as the need for education has increased as well, especially one in Indonesia, meeting the needs of education, both formal and non - formal is needed as this can have a large impact on the population in to improve the quality of HR (Human Resources).

There are two types of education which we are familiar in our society, namely formal education and non-formal education (such as courses or tutoring) Formal education clearly aim to obtain the level of success that is graduation. Here we will get a title as a young undergraduate, graduate, masters and so on. In this case the non-formal education has a role that is no less important. This study serves to help the students to maximize their potential which may not entirely be gained through formal education.
4. Whether or not the quality and service quality is actually very influenced by the facilities provided to the customer. If adequate facilities given that it is not impossible if we run the business that will meet both the quality and quality. The type of basic facilities should be given to the customer, among others, the provision of material and other teaching techniques than others. It is most instrumental in meeting cutomernya satisfaction is the teaching staff. Satisfactory teaching system will be a powerful weapon in developing the business.
5. The institute courses to become one of the chosen alternative society to further explore the potential of students of students, enrich knowledge and provide lessons that are not wholly obtained protégé of school. Regarding the above problems, then we are interested to do a feasibility study in the field of education services. We try to provide the best service to our students at a cost that is affordable for all people. Or in other words, these institutions can meet the educational needs of each learner without emphasizing the cost to be borne by the parents of learners.
