Semua bentuk dokumen-dokumen dan/atau laporan-laporan yang dibuat dan disampaikan oleh EPC CONTRACTOR kepada PROJECT OWNER dalam bentuk hardcopy ataupun softcopy dan/atau produk-produk lain yang disiapkan dan/atau disampaikan oleh EPC CONTRACTOR dan/atau personilnya kepada PROJECT OWNER menjadi hak milik PROJECT OWNER dan wajib diserahkan oleh EPC CONTRACTOR dalam bentuk dan waktu yang ditetapkan oleh PROJECT OWNER atau pada saat Perjanjian ini berakhir atau diakhiri.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

All forms of documents and/or reports are created and delivered by the EPC CONTRACTOR to the PROJECT OWNER in the form of a hardcopy or softcopy and/or other products prepared and/or delivered by the EPC CONTRACTOR and/or the band's style to the PROJECT OWNER becomes the property of PROJECT OWNER and must be handed over by the EPC CONTRACTOR in the form of and time set by the PROJECT OWNER or at the time the agreement expires or is terminated.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

All the forms of documents and / or reports prepared and submitted by EPC CONTRACTOR to the PROJECT OWNER in hardcopy or softcopy and / or other products are prepared and / or submitted by EPC CONTRACTOR and / or personnel to PROJECT OWNER become proprietary PROJECT OWNER and CONTRACTOR shall be submitted by the EPC in the form and time defined by PROJECT OWNER or upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.
