2.7. Design Planning

Dalam menanggapi filosofi pelaksanaan proyek oleh tim proyek bertanggung jawab dan diikuti oleh rapat projek Kick off, tim proyek akan:
1. Memfinalkan rencana kepegawaian rinci dengan menyiapkan “Work Assignment and Schedule Plan”. Lead Engineer wajib menginformasikan rencana ini kepada EM untuk mendapatkan persetujuannya.
2. Memverifikasi man-hour yang dibutuhkan dan menunjuk personil untuk membentuk kelompok desain dari berbagai macam disiplin.
3. Mobilisasi dari kelompok desain disiplin
4. Memeriksa jadwal Desain Rinci and membuat rencana
5. Memeriksa daftar dokumen untuk digunakan sebagai acuan.
6. Menyiapkan fasilitas dan prosedur untuk memastikan konsistensi di berbagai bidang rekayasa.
7. Memeriksa Ruang Lingkup pekerjaan dan permintaan Perusahaan dalam rangka untuk memastikan bahwa pemahaman umum yang sama tercapai oleh semua key personel.
8. Memeriksa organisasi rekayasa dan rencana kepegawaian untuk memastikan bahwa level manpower yang dibutuhkan akan dimobilisasi untuk menyesuaikan dan mendukung jadwal ketersediaan informasi dan deliverable.

2.7. Design PlanningIn response to the philosophy of the implementation of the project by the project team in charge and followed by the project Kick off meetings, the project team will:1. Finalising the detailed staffing plan by setting up "Work Assignment and Schedule Plan". Lead Engineer of compulsory informing of this plan to the EM to get his approval.2. Verify the man-hour required and appoint personnel to form groups of designs from a variety of disciplines.3. Mobilization of a group design discipline4. Check the schedule detailed design and plan5. Check out the list of documents to be used as a reference.6. Setting up the facilities and procedures to ensure consistency in the various fields of engineering.7. Check the scope of work and request the company in order to ensure that the same general understanding was reached by all key personnel. 8. Check the staffing plans and engineering organizations to ensure that the required level of manpower will be mobilized to customize and support information availability schedule and deliverable.

1. Finalizing a detailed staffing plan by setting the "Work Assignment Plan and Schedule". Lead Engineer shall inform this plan to EM for approval.
2. Verifying man-hour required and designate personnel to form a group of designs from various disciplines.
3. Mobilization of disciplinary design group
4. Check the schedule of Detailed Design and make a plan
5. Check the list of documents to be used as a reference.
6. Setting up facilities and procedures to ensure consistency across the various fields of engineering.
7. Checking the Scope of work and the Company's request in order to ensure that the common understanding are achieved by all of the key personnel.
8. Checking engineering organization and staffing plans to ensure that the level of manpower needed will be mobilized to adapt and support the availability of information and deliverable schedules.
