Cara saya dalam mengatasi penolakan adalah dengan tetap percaya diri karena yakin produk yang ditawarkan yang terbaik,menanyakan kepada customer mengapa mereka memutuskan untuk tidak membeli produk tersebut,melatih kembali teknik penjualan,menghubungi kembali customer untuk penawaran yang lebih baik lagi
