PASAL 1PENYERTAAN MODAL USAHAPIHAK KEDUA sepakat untuk menyertakan modal usaha kepada PIHAK PERTAMA yaitu sebesar USD11.000 (sebelas ribu dollar Amerika) yang sudah dibayarkan sebelumnya, kemudian USD15.000 (lima belas ribu dollar Amerika) sebelum tanggal 10 November 2019 dan USD50.000 (lima puluh ribu dollar Amerika) pada tanggal 25 November 2019 dan USD35.000 (tiga puluh lima ribu dollar Amerika) dalam jangka waktu 2 bulan kemudian. Penyertaan modal ini akan disetarakan dengan lembar saham yang berupa persentasi dengan nominal sebesar 12%.

This capital investment will be synchronized with the form of shares with a nominal percentage of 12%.

The inclusion of this capital will be equated with a stock sheet with a nominal percentage of 12%.
