Herdin Nurdin. Korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah dengan motivasi kerja guru pada sekolah menengah pertama islam terpadu buah hati Jakarta timur. Tesis. Jakarta : program pascasarjana 2015.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama, dengan motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada sekolah menengah pertama islam terpadu ( SMPIT ) buah hati Jakarta timur dengan metode penelitian survey. Responden penelitian berjumlah 28 orang guru SMPIT Buah Hati Jakarta Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrument angket, yang mencakup : angket motivasi kerja guru, angket gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan angket komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah. Pengujian validitas dan relibailitas instrument menggunakan korelasi produk momen dan alpha cronbach. Data dianalisa dengan regresi dan korelasi, baik sederhana maupun ganda. Pertama, dari hasil olah data dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 20.0 untuk variable gaya kepemimpinan (x1) didapat hasil hitungan t hitung = 3.430 lebih besar dari t table = 2.060 untuk n = 28., dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan ha dterima. Dari penelitian ini terbukti secara nyata variable gaya kepemimpinan (x1) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variable motivasi kerja (y). kedua, dari hasil olah data dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 20.0 untuk variable komunikasi interpersonal (x2) didapat hasil t hitung = 2.078 lebih besar dari t table = 2.060 untuk n = 28, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari penelitian ini terbukti secara nyata variable komunikasi interpersonal (x2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variable motivasi kerja (y). ketiga, dari hasil olah data dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak spss versi 20.0 for windows untuk uji ANOVA didapat hasil f hitung = 6.308 > f table = 3.385 dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Hz diterima. Dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru sekolah menegah pertama islam terpadu buah hati Kramatjati Jakarta Timur. Adapun R square sebesar 0.335, hal ini menunjukan bahwa sebesar 33.5% variable gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66.5 % berkaitan dengan factor lainnya yang tidak teramati oleh penulis.

Jakarta: graduate program 2015.The research aims to study the relationship between interpersonal communication and leadership style of the principal, whether singly or jointly, with the motivation of working teachers. The research was carried out on junior high school ISAM (SMPIT) fruit heart East Jakarta with survey research methods. Research respondents totaled 28 teachers SMPIT Fruit Heart, East Jakarta. The data collected via the question form, which includes instrument: the now work motivation guru, now principal leadership style and interpersonal communication is now the principal. Testing validity and relibailitas instrument using correlation product moment and cronbach alpha. Data analyzed with regression and correlation, either simple or double. First, from the results of sports data using IBM SPSS software version 12.4 for variable leadership style (x 1) obtained results count t calculate = 3,280 greater than t = table 1,731 for n = 28., Ho denied and thus ha is admitted. From this research proven significantly variable leadership style (x 1) have significant influence towards the working motivation variable (y). Second, from the results of sports data using IBM SPSS software version 12.4 for interpersonal communication variable (x 2) obtained the result t = count 2,078 greater than t = table 1,731 for n = 28, Ho denied and thus Ha is received. From this research proven interpersonal communication in the real variable (x 2) have significant influence towards the working motivation variable (y). third, from the results of sports data using spss software version 7.0 for windows to test ANOVA f results obtained to calculate = > f = 6.308 table 3.385 thus Ho denied and Hz are accepted. From this research it is evident that there is a significant influence on the style of leadership and interpersonal communication are jointly against the secondary school teacher job motivation first ISAM fruit hearts Kramatjati, East Jakarta. As for the R square of 0.335, it does show that amounted to 33.5% East style of leadership and interpersonal communication together have significant influence towards the motivation of working while the rest amounted to 41.3% related to other factors which are not observed by the author.

The research aims to study the relationship between leadership style and interpersonal communication principals, either individually or jointly, with work motivation of teachers. The experiment was conducted in a unified Islamic junior high school (SMPIT) east of Jakarta baby with survey research methods. Survey respondents amounted to 28 teachers SMPIT Baby East Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires instrument, which includes: teacher work motivation questionnaire, questionnaire principal leadership style and interpersonal communication questionnaire principal. Testing the validity and relibailitas instrument using product moment correlations and Cronbach alpha. Data were analyzed with regression and correlation, either simple or double. First, the results of data processing by using software IBM SPSS version 20.0 for leadership style variable (x1) obtained the results of the count t = 3,430 bigger than t table = 2.060 for n = 28, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. From this study proved significantly leadership style variable (x1) has a significant influence on work motivation variable (y). second, of the results if the data using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 for interpersonal communication variable (x2) the results obtained t count = 2,078 bigger than t table = 2.060 for n = 28, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. From this study proved to be a real variable interpersonal communication (x2) has a significant influence on work motivation variable (y). Third, the results of data processing by using software SPSS version 20.0 for windows to the ANOVA test results obtained F count = 6308> f table = 3,385 so Ho rejected and accepted Hz. From this study proved that there is significant influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication together on work motivation high school teacher's first integrated islam baby Kramatjati, East Jakarta. The R square of 0.335, indicating that amounted to 33.5% variable leadership style and interpersonal communication together have a significant impact on employee motivation while the remaining 66.5% related to other factors that are not observed by the author.
