Latar belakang penulisan skripsi ini adalah bahasa Arab terdiri dari 4 ketrampilan bahasa, yaitu ketrampilan mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca dan menulis. Maka dalam semua ketrampilan tersebut terdapat stretegi guru yang bermacam-macam.Kemampuan berbicara merupakan salah satu jenis kemampuan berbahasa yang ingin dicapai dalam pengajaran bahasa arab. Guru dalam mencapai kemampuan berbicara memiliki banyak strategi. Setelah mengetahui beberapa strategi guru di Pondok Modern Darul Hikmah Tawang Sari Tulungagung, maka peneliti ingin mengadakan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang fenomena tersebut.

The background of this thesis writing is Arabic consists of 4 language skills, namely the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. So in all there are stretegi teachers skills. The ability to talk is one of the types of language proficiency to be achieved in the teaching of the Arabic language. Teachers in achieving the ability speak has many strategies. After learning some strategies teachers in Modern Cottages Darul Hikmah Tawang Sari Tulungagung, then researchers would like to research more about the phenomenon.
