AKDR (Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim)

AKDR (Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim) adalah Salah satu alat kontrasepsi modern yang telah di rancang sedemikian rupa (baik bentuk, ukuran, bahan, dan masa aktif fungsi kontrasepsi), di letakan dalam kavum uteri sebagai usaha kontrasepsi, menghalangi fertilisasi, dan menyulitkan telur berimplatasi dalam uterus. Salah satu efek samping dari pemakaian KB AKDR adalah terjadinya erosi porsio. Erosi porsio adalah gesekan mulut rahim yang disebabkan oleh karena manipulasi atau keterpaparan oleh benda yang dapat mengakibatkan radang dan lama – lama menjadi infeksi. Berdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2014 di RS Denisa, dari ibu akseptor KB AKDR terealisasi sebanyak 32 akseptor. Dari pengguna KB AKDR yang berjumlah 32 akseptor, terdapat 8 orang yang mengalami efek samping erosi porsio, 5 orang mengalami spoting, 3 orang mengalami perubahan siklus menstruasi, 1 orang mengalami rasa nyeri dan kejang, 8 orang mengalami gangguan pada hubungan seksualnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu akseptor KB AKDR tentang erosi porsio.

Based on the initial survey conducted in February 2014 at RS Denisa, mother of acceptors KB AKDR is realized as much as 32 acceptors. From the user AKDR that add up to 32 KB acceptors, there were 8 people experiencing side effects of porsio erosion, 5 persons experiencing spoting, 3 people changing the menstrual cycle, 1 people experience pain and spasms, 8 people experiencing disruption in his sexual relationships. The purpose of this research is to know the mother's level of knowledge about soil erosion AKDR acceptors KB porsio.
