1. Melakukan Koordinasi dengan KIPP Tingkat Propinsi untuk pemetaan Daerah Pemantauan, Daerah Rawan Konflik
2. Menjalin komunikasi dengan stakeholders (pemangku kepentingan) pemilu yang lain seperti partai politik, aparat penegak hukum, LSM terkait dan lain lain.
3. Memberikan Pelatihan Training of Trainer Kepada KIPP Propinsi.
4. Mengumpulkan semua data hasil pemantauan yang di lakukakn oleh KIPP Propinsi dan KIPP Kabupaten/Kota

Tingkat Propinsi
1. Melakukan Pemantauan Tingkat Propinsi
2. Melakukan Koordinasi dengan KIPP Nasional
3. Melakukan Koordinasi dengan KIPP Kabupaten/Kota

Tingkat Kabupaten/ Kota
1. Melakukan Pemantauan Tingkat Kabupaten/ Kota dan mengkoordinir pelaksanaan pemantauan diwilayah Kabupaten/Kota
2. Melakukan pemantauan pemilu ditingkat Desa (PPS) dan KPPS

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Koordinator Propinsi
1. Menyusun rencana pemantauan ditingkat dan di wilayah propinsi.
2. Melakukan pemantauan pemilu ditingkat provinsi
3. Mengkoordinir pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk LTO dan STO serta menjadi fasilitator dalam pelatihan tersebut
4. Mengkoordinir pelaksanaan pemantauan yang dilakukan oleh LTO dan STO
5. Melakukan komunikasi dengan KPU Provinsi dan Bawaslu Propinsi tentang rencana,proses dan hasil pemantauan
6. Menjalin komunikasi dengan stakeholders (pemangku kepentingan) pemilu yang lain seperti partai politik, aparat penegak hukum, LSM terkait dan lain lain
7. Mendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan pemantauan pemilu
8. Melakukan sosialisasi kepada publik, baik secara langsung maupun melalui media massa tentang rencana, proses dan hasil pemantuan
9. Mengkoordinir laporan proses dan hasil pemantauan oleh LTO dan STO
10. Melakukan pelaporan secara regular kepada Kemitraan tentang proses dan hasil pemantauan
