saya telah bertemu dengan Frans sore ini. saya telah melakukan negosiasi sebaik mungkin, dan hasil pembicaraan kami terlampir disini. Lampiran telah direvisi oleh Frans.

sebagai penjelasan (dalam penawaran Geotechnical Investigation , & Topographic Mapping) :
biaya demobilisasi dan mobilisasi bisa dipotong/dikembalikan , jika kita bisa tangani sendiri pengiriman alat, penyediaan tiket pesawat untuk para pekerja/teknisi, dan membayar bea masuk alat, di pelabuhan.

note : saya pikir kita akan mengeluarkan biaya lebih besar dari harga yang ditawarkan, jika kita menangani hal tersebut diatas sendiri , dan itu akan makan waktu

I have met with Frans this afternoon. I have done the best possible negotiations, and the results of our talks is attached here. Attachment was revised by Frans.as explanation (in Geotechnical Investigation, & offer Topographic Mapping):the cost of mobilization and demobilization can be deducted/refunded, if we could handle its own shipping tools, provision of air tickets for the workers/technicians, and pay import duty tools, in the harbour.Note: I think we're going to pay more than the price offered, if we handle it on its own, and it will take

Annex has been revised by Frans. as an explanation (in the bidding Geotechnical Investigation & Topographic Mapping): demobilization and mobilization costs can be cut / refunded, if we could handle alone delivery tool, providing tickets for workers / technicians, and pay duty tool , at the port. note: I think we will spend more than the price offered, if we deal with the above itself, and it will take time
