Abstract
Taman Nasional Lore Lindu berada di dalam kawasan wallacea, tepatnya di Sulawesi Tengah. Kawasan ini mempunyai beberapa tipe ekosistem yaitu hutan sub-pegunungan, hutan pegunungan, dan hutan dataran rendah. Taman Nasional Lore Lindu merupakan habitat bagi 80 % burung endemik Sulawesi. Burung maleo adalah jenis burung endemik yang hidup di pulau Sulawesi. Di pulau Sulawesi burung ini menyebar sebagian besar di propinsi Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Tengah dan Sulawesi Tenggara. Mengingat burung maleo adalah satwa liar endemik Sulawesi yang statusnya terancam punah, maka perlu dilakukan beberapa upaya konservasi untuk membantu memulikan dan menjaga kelestarian burung maleo di alam, khususnya di Saluki Kawasan Taman Nasional Lore Lindu, Sulawesi tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui jenis tumbuhan pakan Burung Maleo senkawor di Desa Tuva Kawasan Konservasi Taman Nasional Lore Lindu. Kegunaan penelitian ini yaitu diharapakan untuk memberikan gambaran dan informasi tentang jenis tumbuhan pakan maleo senkawor, sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan informasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan keberadaan pakan maleo senkawor di habitat aslinya dapat di jaga dan dilestarikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Di Kawasan Taman Nasional Lore Lindu di Desa Tuva. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan mulai dari bulan April sampai juni 2014. Metode analisis vegetasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode petak ganda yang diletakkan secara sengaja (Purposive sampling) sebanyak 4 (empat) petak pengamatan. Petak ukur pengamatan berukuran 20 m x 20 m untuk tingkat pohon, 10 m x 10 m untuk tingkat tiang, 5 m x 5 m untuk tingkat pancang, dan 2 m x 2 m untuk tingkat semai.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 12 jenis vegetasi. Pada tingkat pohon yang memiliki INP tertinggi yaitu jenis Pangisebesar 92,95%, tingkat tiang yaitu jenis Aren sebesar 154,51%, dan tingkat pancang yaitu jenis Bomba sebesar 200%. Jenis vegetasi yang diketahui merupakan pakan burung maleo senkawor yaitu berupa biji.

The purpose of this research is to know what kind of Bird feed plant in Maleo Tuva Village conservation area Lore Lindu National Park. Usability research is expected to provide an overview and information about plant species feed maleo, so it can be used as information materials for further research and the existence of the feed maleo in its natural habitat can be on guard and preserved. This research was carried out In the area of the Lore Lindu National Park in the village of Tuva. The research was carried out during 3 (three) months starting from April to June 2014. Vegetation analysis method used in this research is by the method of double swath placed deliberately (Purposive sampling) as many as four (4) observation plots. Compartments measure observations 20 m x 20 m to the level of the tree, 10 m x 10 m to the level of a pole, 5 m x 5 m for the stake level and 2 m x 2 m for the level for. Based on the research results obtained 12 types of vegetation. At the level of the tree that has the highest i.e. type Pangisebesar IVI 92,95%, the level of the pillar that is the type of Palm 154,51%, and the rate of the stake that is kind of the Bomba of 200%. The vegetation analysis method used in this research is the method of double swath placed intentionally (purposive sampling) of 4 (four) observation plots. Observation plots measuring 20 mx 20 m for tree level, 10 mx 10 m for poles, 5 mx 5 m for saplings, and 2 mx 2 m on the level semai.Berdasarkan result showed 12 types of vegetation. At the level of the tree that has the highest IVI types Pangisebesar 92.95%, which is a type of sugar palm poles of 154.51%, and saplings that kind Bomba 200%. Types of vegetation which was known as bird feed maleo in the form of seeds.
