saya Cyrillus sulistyo ardi, saya berumur 26 tahun di bulan februari 2015
saya anak tunggal, ibu saya bernama Sri Hartati dan ayah saya TUlus raharjo.
ayah saya telah meninggal di tahun 2009 karena penyakit kanker usus besar
Ayah dan ibu saya adalah pensiunan PNS, walaupun demikian ayah dan ibu saya tetap dapat membantu keluarga yang lain
dan bahkan menyekolahkan keponakan.
Rasa untuk membantu dan memiliki simpati yang besar kepada orang disekitar kami ini juga mempengaruhi saya, walapun belum banyak yang dapat saya lakukan.

saya lulusan teknik industri dari universitas atma jaya yogyakarta. saya lulus pada bulan juli tahun 2012.
saya mengambil kuliah di teknik industri karena saya merasa tertarik mempelajari sistem perusahaan secara menyeluruh dan karena masukan dari saudara.
Nilai saya cukup memuaskan, dengan masa studi selama 5 tahun saya mendapatkan ipk 3.33.
saya pun memiliki pengalaman di organisasi dengan mengikuti kepanitiaan di fakultas, selain itu saya juga terbiasa berkerjasama secara tim dengan pengalaman saya
sebagai anggota tim sepakbola SMA dan tim futsal fakultas teknik industri.
Saya baru mendapatkan pekerjaan pertama saya setelah satu tahun setelah saya lulus.
saya tidak melihat kemampuan dan prestasi saya sehingga saya terpaku melamar management trainee, selain hal tersebut saya pun belum mampu memberikan penjelasan yang spesifik dan tampil grogi saat wawancara.
Pada bulan juli 2013 saya mendapatkan pekerjaan di Polytron sebagai staf produksi. saya bertanggung jawab mengorganisasi, merencanakan, mengevaluasi dan memberikan improvement untuk kelancaran proses produksi.
Selain itu saya memiliki tugas tambahan untuk mengkoordinasi persiapan material secara keseluruhan dengan bagian lain yang terkait seperti gudang dan bagian injection untuk menentukan planning harian.
Saya membawahi 3 orang leader dan 70 orang operator.
masa kerja saya di perusahaan tersebut selama 1 tahun 5 bulan. alasan saya berhenti adalah saya meraca kurang cocok di bidang produksi.
saya tidak merasa berinisiatif dan memerlukan dorongan atau penugasan untuk melakukan sesuatu di produksi. Selain hal itu ketidakcocokan saya juga karena saya tidak dapat melihat bahwa masalah disebabkan oleh faktor manusia.
saya lebih melihat bahwa suatu masalah lebih ditentukan oleh metode kerja. Saya percaya bahwa setiap orang mampu bekerja dengan baik asalkan metode kerjanya benar.
Saya sebagai lulusan teknik industri dibekali kemampuan untuk merancang sistem secara integral dengan mempertimbangkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan efektivitas. Dengan adanya ketertarikan saya di jasa asuransi maka saya berharap dapat menjadi bagian dari PT asuransi jiwasraya.
