Bila kita renungkan, apa yang membedakan pemimpin yang meraih kemenangan dengan pemimpin yang menderita kekalahan? Apakah syaratnya untuk menjadi pemenang ? Sungguh sulit untuk menentukan kualitas apa yang membedakan seorang pemenang dengan seorang pecundang. Setiap situasi kepemimpinan itu berbeda. Setiap krisis punya tantangannya sendiri. Namun saya rasa para pemimpin yang penuh kemenangan sama-sama memiliki sifat tidak mau terima kekalahan. Mereka tampaknya tidak terima jika tidak menang, maka mereka cari tahu, apa yang harus dilakukan agar meraih kemenangan, lalu mereka kerahkan segala kemampuan untuk mencapainya.
