Struktur kelengkapan koperasi Inkopsyah terdiri atas Pembina, Pengawas, Pengurus. Disamping kelengkapan organisasi koperasi, Inkopsyah memiliki direktur bisnis. Wilayah kerja meliputi 28 propinsi dengan anggota sebanyak 439 BMT. BMT yang ingin menjadi anggota Inkopsyah harus memenuhi beberapa persyaratan diantaranya : a) lembaga keuangan mikro berbadan hukum Koperasi dan menggunakan prinsip utama operasionalnya Syariah; b) mengajukan permohonan secara tertulis; c) melampirkan dokumen resmi sahnya perkoperasian; c) mematuhi peraturan dan keadministrasian yang ditetapkan.
