menurut saya, intimidasi dapat mejadi sebuah kejahatan jika kegiatan intimidasi tersebut sudah merenggut kebebasan seseorang. seperti seorang pelajar yang diintimidasi oleh kakak kelas dan teman-temannya. jika anak itu tidak masalah, maka ini bukan kejahatan, tapi jika mental si anak sampai terganggu, dan sebagai pelajar ia tidak bisa bebas dan nyaman, tentu intimidasi merupakan kejahatan karena merugikan orang yang bermasalah.

namun jika intimidasi dilakukan pada orang yang salah seperti orang-orang menjauhi pelaku kriminal yang kejam, orang tua menjauhkan anaknya dari pelaku pedofil, mengintimidasi kuruptor, dan menjauhi orang yang dianggap berbahaya maka intimidasi dalam bentuk ini bukanlah suatu kejahatan karena masih manusiawi.
