Tanaman tembakau merupakan tanaman

Tanaman tembakau merupakan tanaman semusim, umur antara 90-120 hari. Media tanam sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkecambahan benih tembakau. Karena pada saat proses perkecambahan benih tembakau faktor yang mendukung salah satu diantaranya adalah media yang digunakan. Jika media yang di gunakan sesuai atau cocok dengan tanaman yang di kecambahkan, maka perkecambahan kemungkinan besar akan berhasil dan prosesnya juga bisa lebih cepat di bandingkan media yang tidak sesuai dengan tanaman yang di ke cambahkan.
Metode yang diunakan adalah rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Yang terdiri 5 perlakuan yang berbeda yaitu : P1 = ( Tanah ) dengan perbandingan (1), P2 = (Tanah : Kompos : pasir ) dengan perbaningan (1:1:1), P3 = ( Tanah : Kompos ) dengan perbandingan (1:1), P4= ( Kompos : Pasir ) dengan perbandingan (1:1), P5 = ( Tanah : Pasir ) dengan perbandingan (1:1) Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali dan setiap ulangan terdapan 5 sampel. Pada analisis statistk diketahui bahwa tanaman dengan perlakuan P3 ( Tanah : Kompos ) dengan perbandingan (1:1) menunjukkan tinggi tanaman yang paling baik dengan ketinggian 1,6 cm dibandingkan dengan media tanam yang lainnya. Dan perlakuan P5 menunjukkan hasil tinggi tanaman yang paring rendah yaitu 1,1 cm. Hal ini di sebabkan oleh unsur hara yang terdapan pada perlakaun P3 memenuhi untuk pertumbuhan tumbuhan tanaman tembakau. Dari pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompos dapat menambah unsur hara pada media sehingga kebutuhan unsur hara pada media mencukupi untuk proses pertumbuhan batang tembakau

Tobacco is a plant annuals, age between 90-120 days. The planting medium is very influential towards the tobacco seed germination. Because at the time the tobacco seed germination process factors that favor one of them is the medium used. If the media in use is appropriate or suitable with the plant in kecambahkan, then germination likely will be successful and the process could also be faster in compare media that do not comply with the plant in the cambahkan.The diunakan method is the design used in this study was a randomized Complete Design (RAL). Consisting of 5 different treatment are: P1 = (Land) and comparison (1), P2 = (soil: Compost: sand) and perbaningan (1:1: 1), P3 = (soil: Compost) and comparison (1:1), P4 = (Compost: sand) and comparison (1:1), P5 = (soil: Sand) and comparison (1:1) of each treatment was repeated 3times and every terdapan of Deuteronomy 5 samples. On the statistical analysis known that treatment plants with P3 (soil: Compost) and comparison (1:1) showed high plant the most good with the height of 1.6 cm compared to the other planting media. And treatment of the P5 high yield shows plants that paring is low i.e. 1,1 cm. it is caused by a nutrient terdapan in perlakaun P3 plant growth to meet the tobacco plant. Which comprises 5 different treatment are: P1 = (Land) ratio (1), P2 = (Soil: Compost: sand) with perbaningan (1: 1: 1), P3 = (Soil: Compost) ratio (1: 1), P4 = (compost: sand) ratio (1: 1), P5 = (Soil: sand) ratio (1: 1) Each treatment was repeated 3 times and each repetition terdapan 5 samples. At Stats analysis known that plants treated with P3 (Soil: Compost) ratio (1: 1) shows the most excellent high plant with a height of 1.6 cm compared with other growth media. And P5 treatment showed high yield crops paring a low of 1.1 cm. This is caused by nutrient terdapan on perlakaun P3 meet for plant growth in tobacco plants.
