ANDER SUTRA. Pengaruh pupuk hayati mikoriza dan pupuk kieserite terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq.) pada stadia pre nursery di polibag. Di bimbing oleh MINWAL dan ERNI HAWAYANTI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan dosis pupuk hayati mikoriza dan pupuk kieserite yang terbaik bagi perumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq.) pada stadia pre nursery di polibag. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Kampus C Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang Dusun 1 Desa Pulau Semambu Kecamatan Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan April 2015 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2015. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial denagan 16 kombinasi perlakuan diulang tiga kali, adapun faktor perlakuan yang digunakan adalah takaran pupuk hayati mikoriza (M) M0 = kontol M1 = 5 gram/tanamn M2 = 10 gram/tanaman M3 = 15 gram/tanaman dan pupuk kieserite (K) K0 = kontrol K1 = 0,4 gram/tanaman K2 = 0,6 gram/tanaman K3 = 0,8 gram/tanaman. Tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), persentase bibit hidup (%), panjang akar primer (cm), berat kering akar (g), berat kering tanaman (g).
