Metode yang digunakan : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel 7 Puskesmas (Puskesmas Tlogosari, Puskesmas Pujer, Puskesmas Nangkaan, Puskesmas Binakal, Puskesmas Taman krocok, Puskesmas Sukosari, dan Puskesmas Sumber Wringin) yang diperoleh dari simple random sampling dari 25 Puskesmas di Bondowoso.
Hasil dan Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pada tahap penerimaan obat 7 Puskesmas (100%) telah memenuhi persyaratan, pada pengecekan stok obat 7 Puskesmas (100%) telah memenuhi persyaratan. Pada tahap penyimpanan obat diperoleh prosentase kesesuaian tertinggi dimiliki oleh Puskesmas Taman Krocok, Puskesmas Nangkaan dan Puskesmas Tlogosari dengan Prosentase 78% dan pada sarana penyimpanan obat prosentase tertinggi dimiliki oleh Puskesmas taman krocok dengan prosentase 77%. Sumber daya manusia yang melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian tersedia tenaga teknis kefaramasian (Diploma D3) dan dibantu oleh tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dapat diketahui gambaran penyimpanan obat pada 7 Puskemas di Kabupaten Bondowoso dengan kesesuaian tertinggi dimiliki oleh Puskesmas Tlogosari dan Puskesmas Nangkaan dengan prosentase 83%.
