5.2.5. Apabila tindakan telah selesai dilakukan, maka penanggung jawab ketidaksesuaian segera melaporkan ke wakil manajemen untuk memberitahukan bahwa temuan telah selesai dilakukan dengan status Closed.

5.2.5. If the action has been completed, then in charge of the discrepancy immediately reported to the management representative to inform that the findings had been completed with a Closed status.
