Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ial

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian eksloratif yang bertujuan untuk menggali data dan informasi tentang topic atau isu-isu baru yang ditujukan untuk pendalaman atau penelitian lanjutan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para manager atau pimpinan proyek pada perusahaan kontraktor Kota Surabaya kelas M-1 hingga B-2 yang tergabung di GAPENSI dengan pengalaman perusahaan bidang konstruksi bangunan bertingkat dan penggunaan komponen pracetak. Penetapan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel non-probabilistik dengan teknik Purphosive sampling. Sehingga akan didapatkan 30 responden project manajer dari 30 perusahaan konstruksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yang merupakan hasil jawaban dari kuesioner dan wawancara kepada beberapa responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil kajian pustaka dan penelitian terdahulu. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik penggunaan komponen pracetak dan metode JIT. Variabel penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua fungsi yakni sebagai faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat keputusan penggunaan Just In Time (gambar). Tahapan analisa data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas kuesioner, analisa deskriptif, uji anova one way, relative importance index (RII), dan tahap terakhir uji confidence interval.

Determination of the sample used in this study using a sample of non-probabilistic sampling technique with Purphosive. So will invalidated 30 respondents project managers from 30 construction companies. Data collection is done using primary data that is the result of the answers of the questionnaire and interviews to some respondents. The variables in the study was obtained from the results of a literature review and research. Research variables used are customized to the characteristics of the use of prefabricated components and methods of JIT. Variables this research is divided into two functions as a supporting factor and the factor of restricting use of the decisions Just In Time (picture). Research on the data analysis stage consists of test validity and reliability testing of the questionnaire, the analysis was descriptive, one way anova test, relative importance index (RII), and the last stage of testing confidence intervals.

So that would be obtained 30 respondents project managers from 30 construction companies. The data collection is done by using primary data are the answers of the questionnaires and interviews to several respondents. The variable in this study was obtained from the literature review and the results of previous research. The research variables are used according to the characteristics of the use of precast components and methods of JIT. The variables of this study is divided into two functions namely as supporting factors and factors inhibiting the decision to use Just In Time (image). Stages of the data analysis in this study consisted of test validity and reliability of questionnaires, descriptive analysis, one way ANOVA test, the relative importance index (RII), and the last stage of testing confidence interval.
