Perjanjian ini berakhir karena :

a. Jangka waktu dalam Pasal 2 Perjanjian ini telah lewat dan PENERIMA JASA tidak



melaksanakan opsinya; atau

b. Pemutusan Perjanjian oleh salah satu PIHAK sebelum jangka waktu sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 2 Perjanjian ini karena PIHAK yang lain tidak melaksanakan baik sebagian maupun seluruh kewajiban-kewajibannya berdasarkan Perjanjian ini.

Dalam hal salah satu PIHAK melaksanakan ketentuan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 8 ayat 1 huruf b Perjanjian ini maka PIHAK tersebut wajib memberitahukan secara tertulis kepada PIHAK yang lain dalam waktu 30 Hari Kerja sebelum pelaksanaan tindakan tersebut.

Dalam hal Pengakhiran Perjanjian ini, PARA PIHAK mengesampingkan berlakunya Pasal 1266 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata sepanjang diperlukannya putusan pengadilan bagi pengakhiran Perjanjian ini.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

This Agreement terminates because:a. the period in article 2 of this agreement has passed and the RECIPIENT of the SERVICES is not carry out the options; orb. termination of the agreement by one of the parties before the period of time as set forth in article 2 of this agreement because the other party does not carry out either in part or whole of the obligations under this agreement. In the event one of the PARTIES to implement the provisions as set forth in article 8 paragraph 1 letter b of this agreement then that party is obliged to notify in writing to the other party within 30 working days prior to the implementation of these actions. In the event of termination of this agreement, the parties to shelve the enactment of Article 1266 book of civil law legislation along it needs the Court ruling for termination of this agreement.

This agreement expired because: a. Duration in Article 2 of this Agreement has been passed and RECEIVER SERVICE does not exercise the option; or b. Termination of the Agreement by one of the PARTIES before the period stipulated in Article 2 of this Agreement for PARTY others do not implement either part or all of its obligations under this Agreement.
