NOMOR 111 TAHUN 2013
TENTANG
PERUBAHAN ATAS PERATURAN PRESIDEN NOMOR 12 TAHUN 2013
TENTANG JAMINAN KESEHATAN
DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA
PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA,
Menimbang : a. bahwa beberapa ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden
Nomor 12 Tahun 2013 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan
perlu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penyelenggaraan
jaminan kesehatan nasional;
b. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam huruf a, perlu menetapkan Peraturan
Presiden tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Presiden
Nomor 12 Tahun 2013 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan;
Mengingat : 1. Pasal 4 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik
Indonesia Tahun 1945;
2. Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem
Jaminan Sosial Nasional (Lembaran Negara Republik
Indonesia Tahun 2004 Nomor 150, Tambahan

MEMUTUSKAN:
Menetapkan : PERATURAN PRESIDEN TENTANG PERUBAHAN ATAS
PERATURAN PRESIDEN NOMOR 12 TAHUN 2013
TENTANG JAMINAN KESEHATAN.
Pasal I
Beberapa ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 12
Tahun 2013 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan (Lembaran
Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2013 Nomor 29),
diubah sebagai berikut:
1. Diantara Pasal 1 dan Pasal 2 disisipkan 1 (satu)
pasal, yakni Pasal 1A sehingga berbunyi sebagai
