Abdur Loveland, Greetings. 2012.86.22.0004.2016. "Bitsaman Ba'i Ajil Financing Role against the empowerment of Micro society" (case study on the financial services Cooperative Shari'ah Arjuna). Islamic financial services cooperatives hereinafter referred to as KJKS is cooperative activities of its business in the field of financing, investment, and savings patterns according to the results of the (Sharia). While Sharia financial services Units hereinafter referred to as UJKS, is a cooperative unit is engaged in the business of financing, investments and deposits with the pattern for the results (Shariah) as part of the activities of the cooperative concerned. And there are some products that are in the financial services Cooperative Shari'ah Arjuna namely: Bai' Bitsaman Ajil (BBA), Murabaha, Mudharabah, Qordul and Hasan.
The purpose of this research is to find out how the constraints of financing and the role of Bai Bitsaman Ajil ' against the development of micro enterprises in the financial services Koperasi Shari'ah Arjuna. A method of analysis is done by qualitative descriptive data. In the process of retrieval of data by way of observation, interview and documentation. While the data used are secondary data primary data and then analyze and take the conclusions from these data. Based on research results, obtained that the role of the ' Bai Bitsaman Ajil financing is one product that is widely used in the financial services cooperative of Shari'ah. On the accounts receivable Bai Bitsaman Ajil, Parties ' KJKS acts as seller while members/prospective members of the financing act as buyer and contract is the contract of buying and selling (Bai ') and the way of payment in installments. The selling price is given to the Member/prospective Member financing is cost of goods plus the profit or margin agreed upon both parties.
Financial services Cooperatives Shari'ah parties providing venture capital in the form of goods for their businesses, especially micro enterprises because of the large number of borrowers who filed Bai Bitsaman Ajil ' financing for the purposes of his business. This can be seen from the development of total assets financing starting in 2013 to 2015 and a number of members of the BBA finance 700 people. From interviews with some clients who filed Bai Bitsaman Ajil ' financing in cooperative financial services Shari'ah Arjuna, they say the most influential on the development of the BBA financing their efforts and is seen in the increase in turnover in spite of income how results from their efforts. Thus the existence of financing this Ajil Bitsaman Bai ' greatly helped client because it can be used to increase capital in the development of micro enterprises.
