ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis naskah drama pada siswa kelas XI Bahasa MAN Yogyakarta II melalui strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning).
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan di MAN Yogyakarta II. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Bahasa yang terdiri atas 34 siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (acting), observasi (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti bersama guru bahasa Sastra Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, penilaian keterampilan menulis, angket, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, pedoman penskoran yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskripsi kualitatif yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari analisis data proses dan analisis data produk atau hasil. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui validitas (hasil, proses, demokratis dan dialogis) dan reliabilitas (angket, observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi foto).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis naskah drama melalui strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran menulis khususnya menulis naskah drama pada siswa kelas XI Bahasa MAN Yogyakarta II. Peningkatan pembelajaran menulis siswa tampak pada kualitas proses pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan oleh keaktifan dan antusias siswa ketika melakukan penulisan sehingga dapat menciptakan suasana diskusi yang aktif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Peningkatan secara produk dapat dilihat dari peningkatan skor dari hasil sebelum pelaksanaan tindakan dan setelah pelaksanaan tindakan. Aspek penilaian terdiri dari: a) dialog, b) tokoh/perwatakan, c) latar, d) alur atau jalan cerita, e) amanat, f) teks samping. Setiap aspek dalam penilaian mempunyai nilai tertinggi 5 dan nilai terendah 1. Peningkatan secara produk dapat dilihat dari peningkatan skor dari hasil sebelum pelaksanaan tindakan dan setelah pelaksanaan tindakan. Rata-rataa nilai kemampuan menulis naskah drama siswa dari pratindakan sebesar 33,94 atau 5,65, pada siklus I sebesar 40,30 atau 6,71 dan siklus II sebersar 46,63 atau7,77. Jadi, peningkatan kemampuan menulis naskah drama siswa dari pratindakan ke siklus II sebesar 37,52%.

Data collection techniques used in this research include observation, assessment of writing skills, question form, interviews with teachers and students, scoring guidelines were analyzed qualitatively. The data obtained were analyzed by qualitative descriptions are supported by quantitative data. The data analysis techniques in the study viewed from process of data analysis and data analysis products or results. The validity of the data obtained through the validity of (the results, process, democratic and dialogis) and reliability (question form, observation, field notes, photographs and documentation). The results of this research show that learning through drama script writing strategies-based learning problems (problem based learning) can enhance learning, writing in particular on student drama script writing class XI Language MAN Yogyakarta II. Increased learning writing students looked at the quality of the learning process demonstrated by the liveliness and enthusiasm of students when doing the writing so as to create an atmosphere of an active discussion and fun for students. An increase in the product can be seen from the increase in score from results prior to the implementation of the action and after the implementation of the action. This aspect of the assessment consisted of: a) dialogue, b) cast/character background, c), d) plot or storyline, e) mandate, f) text aside. Every aspect in the assessment have the highest value and lowest value 5 1. The median value of script writing ability rataa drama students from the pratindakan of 33,94 or 5.65, on cycle I of 40.30 or 6,71 and cycle II sebersar 46,63 atau7,77. So, the upgrade script writing drama students from pratindakan to the cycle II of 37.52%.
